Creativity in the Process

people because you want to give your people an opportunity to unlock their potential. You don't want them to struggle to make that first engagement. This is the issue. We are all brought up to be social creatures in an environment where we are taught don't talk to strangers and then we create a marketing media, the exhibition, which is about two groups of strangers meeting one another and it takes a very special kind of person to be able to break that boundary, to be able to break that barrier and start to interact with strangers. So from my perspective, the use of creativity on an exhibition stand is about giving the people you have working there tools which enable them to interact with the audience whether that is a quiz or a survey or a competition or some feat of skill. All these traditional fair ground techniques work very well. You are looking for what I would call "stand attractors", something that assists your team in getting the audience from the aisle and into your space and that is where you need to think about being creative.
